If you have already created a request using SSLeay or OpenSSL and wish to use this with a mail server, use this form. (This includes most MTAs like Exim and Postfix.)
I don't know how to create client certificates in other browsers/MUAs, but if you do, drop me a line and I will try to integrate it into the system.
